Tell him go to register files folder get in Registrator.exe and click on register ..

sir i got a error message while opening the file (after installation [run as administrator]) Run-time error '-2147220991 (80040201)':
Wait timeout.
Also during the installation i got this error

C:\APPDIRKYPER1993\REGISTER FILES\CO3CF5~1.oca is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system admin or the software vendor for support, Error Status 0xc000007b

Ignore the installation error .
and about the Wait timeout ,
Run the program as admin
Than click on Allow access in skype . (you will see a message to allow or deny)
